Any physical artwork or digital images are available for purchase during your reveal once I complete your gallery, they are not included. Your session will however include a print credit to use towards any artwork you choose to purchase unless told otherwise.
Don’t worry, we will work together to sort through your favorite portraits and create your custom artwork a few weeks after your session. You will receive the digital copy of every print product you purchase so that you may share with friends and family on social media!

My clients are searching for that once in a lifetime luxury experience that will provide professional and custom portraits you can’t find everywhere. Most clients invest $3-4k on statement wall art and albums, some keep it small and invest around $1k while others have enjoyed life-size custom canvas’ throughout multiple rooms. It is entirely up to you and what you are hoping to create with your portraits.
-
During our planning session, I will build the entire experience around you and your furry friends! This means I am going to assist with wardrobe, whether it is a statement piece from my client closet, something you purchase on your own or a piece you already own, I will be sure to leave you feeling like the badass equestrian you are!

Once I have created a vision of what I will create for you, I will have a personalized breakdown of preparing your specific horse with that vision in mind. I will always highly suggest that you take time to walk your horse(s) throughout areas they may not normally see during your daily routines. We may be standing in tall grass, wooded areas, water, etc. Desensitizing your horse to these surroundings ahead of time will ensure a smooth and productive session rather than a high stress environment for both you and your horse.
-
I will occasionally bring an assistant to my sessions especially when we are photographing multiple animals. With that being said, I still suggest that you have a friend or family member who your four legged buddy is familiar with to hold treats, toys, or the occasional broom to get those ears up!
-
It is certainly appreciated if you bath/groom your four legged buddy when the weather permits. This allows me to touch up portraits flawlessly without having to ‘groom’ your horse in photoshop. I can certainly do the best I can but I am not a magician unfortunately. This includes but is not limited to bathing, clipping, banding, and trimming. If you plan to have your horse tacked, please be sure to clean everything. And always have someone ready with a rag and a brush in case something needs to be tweaked. This will also be a topic I will personalize to your specific portraits during our planning meeting.
-
If weather conditions are less than ideal for your session, I will contact you directly to give my professional opinions on whether or not we should shoot. I am more than happy to reschedule your session if I believe the weather conditions are going to prevent my ability to deliver your session to the best of my ability.
-
Once we schedule your reveal session, we will work through your favorite portraits together. I offer a few options when it comes to creating artwork with your portraits ranging from Albums to Life-Size Wall Art. Typically my clients enjoy an album of 20-30 portraits paired with 1-3 pieces of art for the wall.

I do offer travel portraits outside of New York State, travel cost is included for sessions booked in/around Western New York, travel costs for other sessions are determined separately based on whether or not I will be in your area already. Avoid travel fees by sharing Jamie Pankow Photography with friends and family, if I have 5 or more portraits scheduled in your area (within US), your travel fee is completely waived!
