To officially book your session, a your paid session fee and signed contract are required. This secures your date on my calendar and ensures a seamless experience from planning to delivery.

During your reveal appointment, we’ll go through your favorite portraits together. I offer a variety of artwork options, including small prints, digitals , albums, and wall art. For the best value, I also offer curated collections designed to beautifully showcase your images.

Yes! I understand that custom artwork is an investment, so I offer flexible 6 month payment plans to make it more accessible. We can discuss payment options during your ordering session.

You don’t have to stress about prep—I send a detailed guide that covers everything you need for your horse, your dog, and yourself. It walks you through grooming tips, outfit ideas, what to bring, and how to make the session feel easy. If you ever have questions, I’m always here to help!

If the weather isn’t ideal for your session, I’ll reach out to discuss the best course of action. If I believe the conditions will affect the quality of your portraits, I’m more than happy to reschedule to ensure you get the best possible results.

I provide a detailed prep guide with curated color palettes, textures, patterns, and styling recommendations to make choosing your wardrobe effortless. And if you’d like personalized guidance, I’m always available to help.

I offer travel portraits outside of New York State! Travel costs are included within 50 miles of Castile, NY.
